Me, a Medical Assistant in 8 Weeks?

I am a secretary with a dream of becoming a medical assistant. My second job was care giver in a home for senior citizens. I was hoping that with patience and money saving skills, I will become a medical assistant, My best friend, also in the pool, knew my dream and gave me insights on the St. Augustine School of Medical Assistants which was accredited, affordable and gave a certified program for medical assistants. Are you looking for rewarding and challenging part-time work?
If so, we may be looking for you!
The SFU Local Food Project is a student-run organization that aims to raise awareness of the link between food miles and climate change, provide educational opportunities on the benefits of local food, and create alternative food distribution networks on campus. The Project currently operates a weekly Pocket Farmers Market on campus, a bi-weekly Harvest Box program, an Urban Agricultural Skills Training Program, an Online Resource Centre, and facilitates the BC Farm to Campus Network, a provincial network of over 15 colleges and universities working on local food initiatives.
The SFU Local Food Project is looking for several new program coordinators to continue to grow and develop the SFU Harvest Box and SFU Pocket Farmers Market programs on campus. In addition, we are hiring several communications interns to assist with project communications, which is a fabulous opportunity to gain experience working on communications in the non-profit sector. If you have the vision, passion, energy, and dedication to help grow the SFU Local Food Project, view the positions available below!
The SFU Local Food Project is now accepting applications for the following positions:
